TRAINING

Training program with collaboration with our partner SolinAir shall support you and fulfil the requirements and expectations of the aviation authorities.

Together with their competent instructors and partner agencies, we are able to offer training customised to your personal needs in order to provide you with the knowledge and skills required within your area of activity.

Type Training 

We offer a wide variety of EASA Part-147 certified Maintenance Type Rating Courses in accordance with EASA Part-66. Our approval certificate includes General Familiarization (C), Line and Base Maintenance (B1/B2) as well as Differential Courses. These courses are conducted at our own training facility however we also offer the possibility to set up the training at your locations. We offer both, theoretical and practical elements of type trainings. Please refer to our Approval Certificate for our capabilities.

Instructors are experienced licenced technicians holding certification privileges from our 145 organisation. This gives additional value to training itself.

The minimum participation time for the trainee in order to meet the objectives of the course should not be less that 90 % of the tuition hours of the theoretical training course.

Additional training may be provided by the training organisation in order to meet the minimum participation time and charged additionally. If the minimum participation defined for the course is not met, a certificate of recognition should not be issued. 

Depend on location capabilities maximum number of student per group is 28.

Exam

Each examination shall be passed with at least a 75% mark. The maximum number of consecutive attempts are three. Further sets of three attempts are allowed with an one year waiting period between sets. A waiting period of 30 days is required after the first failed attempt within one set, and a waiting period of 60 days is required after the second failed attempt.

Assessment

Duration of practical assessment is minimum 10 days. Assessors are experienced technicians included in day to day activities in our 145 MRO.

Even regulation allows 15 candidates per group our maximum number is 6. That way we can pay attention to every student and get better results from our training.

Basic Training 

Basic Training 

We offer Part-66 basic training as well. We can conduct B1 (B1.1, B1.2, B1.3), B2 and B3 basic licence training or just examination at our or at your facility.

Theoretical Training

We offer training on all Modules. You will be supported via distance learning with direct communication with our instructors. Hard copy of training material is included.

You can attend the training for B1, B2 and B3 Category with all Subcategories.

 

Exam

Exams takes place on our approved location. We offer to organize the exam on your request on any location. To do the exam it is not necessary to attend theoretical training.

The pass mark for each module and sub-module multi-choice part of the examination is 75 %.

The pass mark for each essay question is 75 % in that the candidates answer shall contain 75 % of the required key points addressed by the question and no significant error related to any required key point.

A failed module may not be retaken for at least 90 days following the date of the failed module examination, except in the case of a maintenance training organisation approved in accordance with Annex IV (Part-147) which conducts a course of retraining tailored to the failed subjects in the particular module when the failed module may be retaken after 30 days.

You can do the exam even if you didn’t atend theoretical training. On you request short debrief can be organised before the examination.

Practical training

Practical maintenance experience on operating aircraft or practical training are needed for issuance of tha licence.
